i was watching ET the other night and they featured this group Lady Antebellum. Josh (married to Katherine Heigl) Kelly's brother is in the group which at first I thought was him cause they look alike. Liked what I heard, went to Target (not to buy the album) but stumbled upon their CD for only $8.95 and figured I'd buy it. So far what I've been listening to I really like. My two favorites at the moment, track 1: Need you now and track 9: If I knew then. They have this country/folk/mayer type of feel to their music. Mayer minus the electric guitar.
Haha. I just labeled Mayer as his own genre. Do listen if you get the chance.
I am still without a job :( must find one soon. I'm running low on funds. Ugh. Alright I'm out!

simple question: have you ever stood next to someone you knew your entire life && realize that you don't know them at all.
strange i know, but that's the feeling i have towards one of my cousins lately. we used to be super close and once our "reign" at the bux ended it's like our friendship did as well. i told my mom that i feel like i don't even know my cousin anymore and she's like i'm sure you're not the only person that feels this way towards her.
everyone always asks me how she's doing and i reply, "she's good" when i actually don't know how she's doing. i'm probably just over looking this whole situation, but how can i be when i'm not the only person that feels this way.
she's changed. i know i've changed, but why does our relationship have to? perhaps its because her time is now being consumed by him. yet he isn't even her boyfriend. long story there. she can talk your ear off about him. i mean she really can. haha.
whatever. i'm going to bed where i should be instead of writing this.

Welcome to twenty10 as people have been calling it. I know it's been forever and a day since I posted the "BRB" sign, but I'm back. Not like people actually come here to read. But if you did/do then sorry I haven't been around. Like many times before hopefully I can keep up my blogging with my life. So many times I've let myself down and don't update for months at a time. Blame it on facebook. Haha. Not really, but kind of. Stupid games on there have got me occupied. I hope this time it'll change. Plus I've cut out all the stuff that I don't really need to have on here. From now on, pictures/graphics will just be posted here right into the blog. Let's see how it goes.

Started the new year of course in good company. It was spent with my family popping fireworks. Had lunch with Jane, an old co-worker of mine who lives in Vegas. That was part of my mini-reunion. Then a few nights later had a bigger reunion with lots of old co-workers. Lei and Allie also came down to visit from the mainland. The night was spent talking and most of all laughing. Something we've always done with each other. Such a great night :) Can't wait to have lunch with Allie and meet her baby girl, Emma.
For now though, I'm calling it a night. Going to finish reading Dear John.
